I am in mid-life, an empty nester, group and personal fitness trainer - AND I am embracing my SECOND ACT with enthusiasm!
Over the years, I have worked with women struggling - both physically and mentally - through the menopause transition. While I did my best to support them, I knew I could do MORE. That is why I took a deep dive into the science of menopause, gaining a deeper understanding of what our bodies and minds go through during this phase. I became a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist to provide the guidance, strategies, and support women truly need.
My mission? Not just to help women survive menopause, but to empower them to THRIVE - during and beyond. Because this isn’t the beginning of the end - it’s the starting of a freer, wiser and stronger version of YOU!
